Job Description As a Hostess at Pirates Of Grill, located in Dera Bassi, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, answering phone calls, maintaining the reservation system, and upholding a positive and welcoming demeanor at all times. Your strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities will be essential in providing a memorable dining experience. Previous experience in reservations management and phone etiquette will be beneficial in excelling in this role.
