Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden based in Rajkot. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for managing day-to-day hostel operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, enforcing hostel rules and regulations, addressing student concerns, and coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping staff. The Warden will also be responsible for managing records, organizing events, and ensuring a conducive living environment for students.

Qualifications

• Excellent management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to enforce rules and handle conflicts
• Experience in hostel or facility management
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping procedures
• First aid and emergency response skills are a plus
• Prior experience in an educational institute environment is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Administration, or a related field
