Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostel Warden located in the Rajkot Area. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for students. Key duties include monitoring student behavior, managing hostel staff, maintaining records, addressing student grievances, implementing hostel rules and regulations, and coordinating with educational institutions. The role also involves regular inspections, ensuring cleanliness, and supervising maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hostel Management, Facility Management, and Student Welfare
• Excellent communication, Conflict Resolution, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to manage teams and handle administrative tasks
• Strong Organizational and Problem-solving abilities
• Experience in working with educational institutions is a plus
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, or a related field preferred
