Job Description Hostel WardenJob Title: Hostel Warden Location: Champions Academy’s Gurukul Campus, Pune Monthly CTC: ₹15,000/- Reporting To: Mr. Naresh Kapse, Head Office Coordinator Employment Type: Full-Time (with 2-year bond agreement) Probation Period: 3 months Job Description:Champions Academy is seeking a committed and responsible individual for the role of Hostel Warden at our Gurukul Campus. The ideal candidate will ensure a disciplined, safe, and conducive living environment for students while supporting their academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities:Supervise the overall welfare of students residing in the hostel. Manage hostel housekeeping and cleanliness to maintain hygienic conditions. Wake students by 6:00 AM and ensure readiness by 6:30 AM. Monitor attendance and punctuality for: Morning yoga at 6:30 AM Scheduled classes as per the academic timetable Meal breaks as per allotted slots Supervise all three daily meals for 11th & 12th-grade students and manage overall discipline during meal times. Ensure students actively participate in study hours and prevent distractions such as sleeping or unnecessary disturbances. Track student performance by: Preparing daily student activity reports (signed by students) Monitoring the number of questions solved per student Checking AIR (Academic Interaction Register) entries nightly Conducting and supervising test Overseeing and checking morsel papers Ensure students attend and engage in all daily lectures and online sessions Coordinate with the Head Office to report updates, concerns, and issues in a timely manner. Bond Terms:A 2-year minimum service commitment is required. Early resignation will result in: Withholding of any remaining salary Mandatory repayment of 50% of the total salary received during the tenure Salary and Benefits:Monthly CTC: ₹15,000/- Salary disbursed by the 15th of the following month, subject to statutory deductions Eligibility for confirmation as a permanent employee upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period Termination Clause:3 months’ written notice required from either party to terminate the employment, subject to bond agreement terms.
