Job Title: Ladies Hostel Warden (Women Only)

Reports To: Principal / Administrator Officer / Management

Job Purpose:

To ensure the smooth functioning, safety, discipline, and well-being of all female hostel residents by maintaining proper administration, discipline, and providing a homely environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations and administration of the ladies hostel.
• Maintain discipline, decorum, and peaceful environment in the hostel premises.
• Monitor entry and exit of residents; maintain attendance and leave records.
• Ensure safety and security of residents round the clock.
• Address and resolve any complaints or grievances of residents promptly.
• Coordinate with security staff, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff for smooth functioning.
• Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of hostel property.
• Maintain up-to-date records of hostel occupancy, maintenance issues, visitors, etc.
• Organize meetings with residents to discuss issues, suggestions, or new rules.
• Report any emergencies, disciplinary cases, or incidents to the management immediately.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations firmly but empathetically.
• Coordinate with parents/guardians when needed.
• Support students during illness or emergencies and arrange medical assistance if required.
• Any other duties assigned by the management related to hostel administration.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate (preferably with prior experience as a Hostel Warden or in administration).
• Female candidate (as this is for ladies hostel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle students firmly yet with compassion.
• Must be disciplined, honest, and reliable.
• Should be willing to reside in the hostel premises (if required).
• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.

Working Hours: Residential / Full-time, as required by the institution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
