We are seeking two dorm parents ( Mazgaon and Andheri) to join our academic team at Fidai Institutions. The selected candidates will work with students who require additional academic support and ensure their holistic development through personalized instruction.

We’re Hiring: Residential Dorm Parent (Full-Time, On-Campus)

Are you caring, responsible, and passionate about guiding young people?

Fidai Institutions invite applications for Residential Dorm Parents who will live on campus and ensure a safe, nurturing, and disciplined environment for students.

Your Role

✔ Provide daily care, supervision, and mentoring for students

✔ Maintain discipline, safety, and hostel routines

✔ Support academic and extracurricular activities

✔ Act as a mentor and role model for students

Requirements

🎓 Graduate degree (Education / Social Work preferred)

🌟 Experience in hostel management, youth work, or teaching
