Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused HOST to join our resort team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a memorable and fulfilling stay by coordinating activities, managing guest relations, and supporting F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guests have a fulfilling stay by coordinating and promoting resort activities.
• Conduct daily member meets to keep guests informed about resort events and offerings.
• Market the resort to potential customers through various channels.
• Collect, analyze, and report guest feedback in coordination with the Department Head or Resort Manager.
• Handle guest complaints in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
• Coordinate and manage events organized for guests at the resort.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or sales preferred.
• Ability to handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism..
