About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Aviation Trainer to join our team in Kolkata. The trainer will be responsible for educating, mentoring, and preparing students for successful careers in the aviation, hospitality, and customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in Hospitality, Customer Service, and related modules.
• Develop and deliver engaging training content as per industry standards and curriculum.
• Mentor students on grooming, soft skills, communication, and professional etiquette.
• Organize mock interviews, role plays, and group discussions to enhance student performance.
• Evaluate students’ progress, provide feedback, and ensure learning outcomes are met.
• Stay updated with the latest aviation industry trends and incorporate them into training.
• Maintain discipline and motivate students to achieve excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Hospitality, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a trainer/instructor in aviation, hospitality, or customer service industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required).
• Pleasant personality, grooming standards, and ability to be a role model for students.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for teaching and mentoring.
