Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fullstack Development Trainer located in Indore. The Fullstack Development Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on fullstack development, creating and updating curriculum content, and staying current with industry trends. The role involves developing training materials, conducting assessments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Qualifications

• Training & Development, Training, and Curriculum Development skills
• Strong Communication skills for effective delivery of training sessions
• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes as they relate to training and development
• Experience in fullstack development with a strong technical background
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to inspire and mentor students
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus
