Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions on hospitality operations, F&B services, front office management, and guest relations.
Provide practical demonstrations and simulations of hotel operations.
Train students on Fidelio
Evaluate students’ performance, provide feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
Share real-world industry experiences to enhance classroom learning.
Maintain high training quality and professionalism at all times.
Collaborate with academic and placement teams to support student career development.

Preferred Background:

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related hospitality field.
Experience in training or teaching within the hospitality sector will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with aviation and customer service training modules preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
