We Are Hiring – Senior Recruiter (Restaurant Industry)

About Us

Tenssel Town is a premium multicuisine restaurant offering Continental, Indian, and Chaat delicacies in a vibrant dining atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter who can drive our end-to-end recruitment for culinary and service staff.

Position: Senior Recruiter – Restaurant Industry

Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant positions (kitchen, service, management).
• Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate trial shifts.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
• Manage relationships with recruitment consultancies.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain hiring metrics and ensure recruitment is within budget & timelines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality/restaurant recruitment.
• Strong network of F&B industry professionals.
• Knowledge of different roles in restaurant operations (kitchen, service, housekeeping).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with urgent hiring needs.
• HR degree/diploma preferred.
