This role combines advanced culinary skills with deep knowledge of Indian confectionery, offering a unique opportunity to showcase expertise in regional and festive specialties. Key Responsibilities Preparation & Cooking : Craft a variety of Indian sweets and desserts, ensuring authenticity and high-quality standards. Quality Control : Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all items. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the culinary team to develop and refine recipes. Inventory Management : Oversee the ordering and storage of ingredients, ensuring freshness and compliance with food safety standards. Training & Mentorship : Guide junior kitchen staff, imparting knowledge of traditional techniques and hygiene practices.
