We are seeking a Health and Hospitality Manager with strong administrative and business skills, ideally with a background in tourism and healthcare or wellbeing centers, to join our boutique wellness retreat team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end guest booking processes – enquiries, confirmations, pre-arrival planning, and post-visit feedback
• Manage daily operations of our private retreat, ensuring smooth coordination between therapy staff, housekeeping, and guest services
• Maintain a high level of client confidentiality, care, and comfort throughout the guest experience
• Handle scheduling of yoga, wellness treatments, and recreational activities with precision and attention to guest preferences
• Coordinate external service providers (transfers, tour guides, therapists, caterers)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Maintain accurate administrative records, invoicing, and guest files
• Assist with business development initiatives, marketing coordination, and guest satisfaction metrics

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Background in tourism, hospitality, or healthcare/wellness operations
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• A warm, discreet, and professional demeanor suitable for a high-end wellness setting
• Proficiency in MS Office, booking systems, and email communication
• Ability to work independently while managing a small, dedicated team
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Tamil) are a plus
