Hospital Supervisor

Position Title: Housekeeping Supervisor – Night Shift

Qualification: Graduate/12th Pass

Experience: 1 to 5 years (preferably healthcare)

Salary: Negotiation as per experience

Purpose of the Role

To supervise and maintain overall cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping operations during the night shift, ensuring a safe and infection-free environment as per NABH and hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift housekeeping staff across wards, ICUs, OPDs, and public areas.
• Ensure all cleaning and sanitization activities are completed per duty roster.
• Monitor linen management, waste disposal, and infection control compliance.
• Inspect wards, restrooms, and corridors for hygiene and readiness before shift closure.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to engineering or administration promptly.
• Maintain attendance, shift logs, and housekeeping checklists.
• Ensure availability of cleaning materials and equipment in all assigned areas.
• Coordinate with nursing, security, and emergency services for night operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Leadership and staff supervision under minimal oversight.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, infection control, and waste segregation.
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Discipline, reliability, and ability to handle emergency situations.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate or 12th pass with minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hospital housekeeping.
Supervisory experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
