Description
As a Referral Marketing Executive at Sunrise Hospital in Kalindi Colony, your primary objective is to enhance patient/client inflow and service utilization by strategically building referral networks with healthcare professionals such as doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers. Your role involves fostering and managing relationships that lead to increased referrals and business expansion. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and establishing connections with referring healthcare providers, endorsing hospital services and specialties to generate referrals, conducting regular visits to maintain engagement, tracking referral data and trends for reporting, organizing referral-centric events and campaigns, managing a referral database, addressing partner concerns for sustained collaboration, coordinating internally for smooth patient transitions, contributing to referral engagement marketing materials, and staying informed about industry trends and partnership opportunities. To excel in this role, you will need strong communication and relationship-building skills, a good grasp of healthcare services and medical terminology, the ability to handle fieldwork and travel, a goal-oriented and self-motivated approach, analytical capabilities for tracking referral data, and a customer service attitude with problem-solving skills. The qualifications expected for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in referral marketing, healthcare marketing, or medical representative roles. Prior experience in hospital or clinic marketing would be advantageous, as well as proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Your performance will be measured based on indicators such as the number of new referral partners developed, monthly growth in referral volume, retention rate of existing referral sources, feedback and satisfaction from partners, and the contribution to overall patient footfall or revenue.,
