Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Receptionist based in Pune. The Hospital Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, handling phone calls, and performing general receptionist duties. The role also includes greeting and assisting patients, managing medical records, and providing administrative support to the medical office. Ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk and maintaining professionalism in patient interactions is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Skills in Appointment Scheduling and managing a busy schedule
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and operations in a Medical Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus
