Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Hospital Receptionist cum accountant, located in Kottakkal. The Hospital Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and general administrative tasks at the front desk. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Medical Office operations
• Strong Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette abilities
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology to effectively communicate in a healthcare environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to efficiently assist patients
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in administration or healthcare services is preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical setting is an advantage
