We’re Hiring: Arabic Translator cum Marketing Executive(candidate should know malayalam,,Male and female)

📍 Location: Medure International Ayurveda Hospital, Kottakkal, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Arabic WhatsApp and phone inquiries professionally

• Translate between Arabic and English (verbal & written) for smooth communication with guests and team

• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or bookings

• Follow up regularly with leads, patients, and agents

• Maintain excellent guest relations and ensure a warm, welcoming experience

• Coordinate with international medical tourism facilitators and clients

• Support marketing efforts targeting the Gulf and Arab region

• Assist in creating Arabic content for social media, brochures, and other materials

Requirements

• Must be a Malayali with fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

• Prior experience in guest relations, sales, or medical tourism preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment

• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
