2. Quality Policy Implementation
3. Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
4. Incident Reporting and Root Cause Analysis
5. Training and Capacity Building
6. Audit and Inspection Management
7. Patient Safety and Satisfaction
8. Data Analysis and Reporting
9. Risk Management
10. Coordination with Multidisciplinary Teams
