Hospital Pharmacist

Job Title: Pharmacy In-Charge

Location: Anupama Hospital.Kukatpally
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm (Registered Pharmacist)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
• Roster management of pharmacy staff and support staff
• Procurement and ordering of medicines, consumables, and surgical items
• Ensure timely billing and accurate billing entries in the system
• Dispensing medicines as per prescription and hospital protocols
• Maintain Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) register as per legal norms
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock control of medicines
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (stock, expiry, consumption, sales)
• Ensure pharmacy licenses are valid and renewed on time
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and management for smooth operations
• Maintain compliance with drug control and hospital regulatory standards

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and inventory management
• Familiarity with hospital billing software
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in hospital or multi-specialty pharmacy
• Good communication and team management skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
