Hospital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and proactive Marketing Executives to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships in the local community to promote Altor Hospitals’ services, facilities, and medical expertise. Prior experience in healthcare marketing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute neighborhood and field-level marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
• Plan and conduct health camps, wellness drives, and community outreach programs in coordination with clinical teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with apartment complexes, resident welfare associations (RWAs), local businesses, and community groups.
• Establish tie-ups and referral networks with nearby clinics, general practitioners, and diagnostic centers.
• Work on branding initiatives to enhance hospital visibility in the local area.
• Promote hospital offerings including new specialties, advanced diagnostics, doctor profiles, and health packages.
• Support and execute marketing activities as guided by the Business Development Head and central team.
• Ensure regular follow-up and reporting of all outreach and partnership activities.
• Stay informed about competitor activities and identify new opportunities for outreach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development. (Hospital experience preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to network, engage, and build trust with external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel locally for marketing and outreach activities.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and a team player.
