Job Description

Hospital Administration & Operations:

  • Supervise daily hospital operations across all departments (OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Support Services).
  • Ensure implementation of hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Monitor patient care services to enhance quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and allied staff for smooth functioning.
  • Oversee facility management including housekeeping, security, biomedical equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Prepare and monitor hospital budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.

Corporate & Business Development:

  • Liaise with corporate companies, insurance providers, and TPAs for empanelment's and cashless services.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with corporate clients for employee health checkups, wellness programs, and tie-ups.
  • Plan and execute business development strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue.
  • Represent the hospital in corporate meetings, conferences, and public relations activities.
  • Coordinate medical camps, awareness programs, and CSR activities for community outreach.

Compliance & Quality Management:

  • Ensure compliance with NABH, ISO, and other regulatory/accreditation standards.
  • Maintain legal, statutory, and ethical compliance in hospital operations.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives, audits, and feedback mechanisms.

Financial Management:

  • Support the finance team in billing accuracy, revenue cycle management, and cost control.
  • Prepare MIS reports for senior management regarding hospital performance.
  • Identify areas for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration.
  • 5–10 years of experience in hospital administration and corporate relations.
  • Experience with NABH accreditation, insurance/TPA dealings, and corporate healthcare services preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
