Hospital Administrator

As a dynamic and result-oriented Hospital Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an IVF Clinic located in Central Delhi. Your role will involve ensuring smooth clinical and administrative functioning, compliance with healthcare regulations, patient satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the IVF clinic, with a focus on providing seamless patient care. - Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to maintain a competent team. - Coordinate effectively between doctors, nursing staff, lab technicians, and administrative teams for efficient workflow. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as NABH, ICMR, and other statutory requirements. - Monitor financial operations including budgeting, billing, cost control, and revenue growth. - Drive patient engagement initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction. - Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for both clinical and non-clinical areas. - Manage vendor relationships, oversee procurement of medical/non-medical supplies, and maintain inventory control. - Handle audits, accreditation processes, and ensure proper documentation is maintained. - Implement marketing and outreach strategies in collaboration with the management to increase patient footfall. - Prepare regular MIS reports for the management to track clinical and administrative performance. Qualification Required: - MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration) Additional Details: - Experience: 1 to 3 years working in a central Delhi IVF centre - Timing: 9.30AM to 5.30PM - Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & expertise) This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the clinic in Central Delhi.,
