Job Summary:

The Hospital Administrator will oversee the daily operations of Care and Cure’s healthcare facilities and home care divisions. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments, staff management, patient service excellence, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of all Care and Cure healthcare units and home care services.
• Coordinate between clinical, nursing, lab, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, patient admissions, discharges, and staff assignments.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, legal regulations, and safety protocols.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and medical professionals.
• Monitor inventory and procurement of medical equipment and supplies.
• Prepare performance reports, budgets, and operational plans.
• Handle staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Support management in planning and implementing new healthcare initiatives.
• Resolve operational or patient-related issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration (home healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software.
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulatory standards.
