Position: Hospitality Trainer / Hotel Management Educator

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer with strong academic credentials (IHM & MBA) and teaching experience to train fresher students and staff in hospitality operations, service excellence, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct training sessions for hospitality freshers and new staff.

• Develop and deliver modules on hospitality operations, guest service, and soft skills

• Train on F&B service, front office, housekeeping, and communication skills

• Organize practical demonstrations and hands-on training sessions

Curriculum Development:

• Design training materials, presentations, and case studies

• Create SOPs and service standards for hospitality operations

• Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods

• Update training content as per industry trends

Student/Staff Development:

• Mentor and guide freshers in career planning

• Provide feedback and performance evaluation

• Conduct personality development sessions

• Build confidence and industry readiness

Qualifications & Requirements:

Essential:

• Graduation from IHM (Institute of Hotel Management)

• MBA degree (Hospitality/HR/Operations preferred)

• 2-4 years experience in hospitality training/teaching

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience teaching in hospitality institute

• Industry experience in hotels/resorts

• Knowledge of latest hospitality trends

• Multilingual abilities

Technical Skills Required:

• MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel)

• Training methodology knowledge

• Hospitality software awareness

• Digital teaching tools proficiency
