Job Title: Horticulturist
Location: Civil Site – Luxurious Bungalows
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Education: Degree/Diploma in Horticulture or related field

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Horticulturist to manage and maintain landscape development at a high-end residential bungalow project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant care, landscape planning, and sustainable gardening practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute landscape designs as per site requirements
• Select appropriate plants, shrubs, and trees for aesthetic and climatic suitability
• Supervise planting, irrigation, fertilization, and maintenance schedules
• Inspect site conditions regularly and ensure plant health and soil quality
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and landscape designers
• Train and manage gardening staff and laborers
• Maintain documentation for plantation, pesticide usage, and plant care

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in landscape and horticulture
• Educational background in Horticulture, Botany, or related field
• Knowledge of plant species, soil types, and garden maintenance equipment
• Experience working at high-end residential or commercial landscaping projects preferred
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Good communication and team coordination skills
