HoReCa RSM

You are an experienced and dynamic HoReCa Regional Sales Manager responsible for leading and expanding sales operations within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HoReCa) sector. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives, building strong relationships with major clients, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring sales performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing regional sales forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You should have 5-12 years of experience in HoReCa sales, B2B food service, or FMCG sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is required. Strong leadership skills, industry expertise, sales and negotiation abilities, excellent communication and networking skills, analytical proficiency, and willingness to travel extensively within the region are essential for this role.
