Operations Executive (Female Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities across the company. The ideal candidate will act as a central coordination point between multiple teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient process flow, and timely execution of tasks related to sales, marketing, e-commerce, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service operations, ensuring prompt and professional communication
• Oversee e-commerce operations across platforms
• Monitor and respond to emails related to E-Commerce
• Coordinate with franchise partners for any operational support or query resolution
• Handle all the incoming calls from existing & potential customers, and resolve their queries related to orders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or e-commerce coordination
• Familiarity with Petpooja is mandatory
• Strong communication and coordination skills (Hindi, English & Gujarati Mandatory)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google workspace
