Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts for HORECA segment, focusing on institutional sales and restaurant business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the HORECA segment.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to retain their loyalty and expand services offered.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in Institutional Sales or related field (HORECA).
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA industry, including restaurants and institutional markets.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
