Job Description - Manager Instrumentation Objectives / Purpose: The Instrumentation Engineer is responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining instruments that measure and control industrial processes. We are looking for candidates from Gujarat only. Designation: Technical Associate Manufacturing (Panel) Office Location: Dahej Position description: To ensure production of Crystal Plant with specified quantity & quality by achieving targeted efficiency norms. Primary Responsibilities: Operational: To operate the plant at optimum conditions and achieve production targets with reduction in raw material consumption and utility consumption as per SOP. To ensure quality of products, waste reduction, absenteeism control and safe operation of the plant. Able to handle and operate different types of reactors, recovery columns, distillation columns, heat exchangers, cooling towers and utility equipment from DCS. Record daily production, raw material (RM), and utility data in SAP, and ensure daily availability of raw material stock to support uninterrupted operations. Maintain process parameters continuously and ensure control in accordance with the control plan Ensure timely actions from DCS panel during safe plant shutdowns and startups to prevent major product losses. Perform day-to-day troubleshooting of plant operations; proficient in process troubleshooting, optimization, and root cause analysis through daily monitoring of parameter trends. Knowledge of Safety, Management of change, PTW, PSM etc. Report any near miss /incident or any non-compliance To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA ( Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions) Consistently delivered assignments within deadlines, integrating feedback to enhance quality and effectiveness Required Knowledge Basis Computers skills i.e. word, excel, power point. Safety standards and PTW ISO, PSM elements. Education & Experience Education : Essential: BE /BTech in Chemical Engineering Experience : Essential: 2-5 Yrs. Experience in chemical industries.
