Location: Trivandrum(Flexible within 5–7 km of tutor’s location) Type: Part-Time / Freelance / Contract-based Subjects: All major subjects – English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Hindi, Malayalam, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accountancy, etc. Syllabus: State, CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB (as applicable) Target Classes: 1 to 12 ✅ Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one personalized academic support to students at their homes Develop and follow a structured lesson plan based on student needs Clarify concepts, help with homework, and prepare students for exams Communicate regularly with parents regarding the student’s performance and progress Submit regular class updates and attendance through the tutor app or reporting system Attend orientation/training sessions as provided by the company Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and subject clarity in every session Follow the agreed teaching schedule and communicate proactively in case of any changes 🧩 Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: Graduate or pursuing graduation in the subject concerned Previous tutoring/teaching experience preferred but not mandatory Must have good subject knowledge and communication skills Fluent in English and Malayalam (additional language proficiency is a plus) Own transportation for home tuition preferred Must have a smartphone with internet access (for tracking sessions, class check-ins, etc.) 💼 Work Structure Flexible work hours based on your availability and student requirements Teach within a 5–7 km radius of your location (for home tuition) Opportunity to work with multiple students across levels and subjects
