Key Responsibilities: • Coordinating daily office activities • Managing tutor and parent communications • Scheduling demo classes & follow-ups • Assisting the accounts & payment team • Maintaining records, reports, and documentation • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of tutors • Assisting the Head of Operations in daily tasks ✅ Requirements: • Graduate (any discipline), preferably with 1+ year experience in admin/operations • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets • Strong communication skills (Malayalam & English) • Good time management and multitasking ability
