Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Home Nurse to join our medical healthcare services team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to ensure seamless care coordination.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and any changes or concerns.
Educate patients and their families on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a nurse, preferably in home care or hospital settings.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic life support certification and familiarity with emergency response procedures.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting positive health outcomes.
