Job Description: As a Home Loan Sales Executive at NoBroker.com, your role involves building relationships with assigned builders/projects sales and loan teams. You will be responsible for sourcing Home Loan leads from these assigned builders/projects and interacting with home buyers to convince them to take Home Loans through NoBroker.com. Your duties will also include documenting interested prospects, logging files with the best-suited banks, and collecting important information and data from the assigned builders/projects. It is essential to adhere to the best practices and processes of Home Loans at NoBroker.com. In addition, you will engage in extensive sales and business coordination with backend teams, banking partners, and internal stakeholders. Timely reporting of data and intelligence to internal stakeholders is a crucial part of your responsibilities.
