Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Home Loan Senior Executive to join our team in Chennai. This role focuses on promoting and selling home loan products, assessing customer needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in banking or financial services to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in the home loan market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell home loan products to potential customers, meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Assess customer needs and provide appropriate loan solutions, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Assist clients with documentation and loan application procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for loan processing and approvals, streamlining the loan origination process.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the home loan department.
  • Stay updated on banking regulations and loan documentation requirements, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in home loans or related financial services, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Possession of any graduate degree, indicating a foundational level of education and knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and collaborative spirit.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and loan documentation, ensuring compliance and accurate loan processing.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth, demonstrating a track record of success.
