Role Overview: As an IT Application Owner (ITAO) at Deutsche Bank, you will be part of a team in India collaborating closely with the existing team in Germany. Your main goal will be to ensure the structural stability of applications, compliance with technical/risk/policy processes, and managing the technical roadmap in alignment with Deutsche Bank's digitalization journey. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain applications to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including IT Management and Information Security policies. - Set up development, testing, and production environments. - Implement and upgrade system hardware and application software. - Lead discussions with business and vendors for new requirements, product implementation, customization, and enhancements. - Deliver application releases and defect fixes. - Assist and supervise junior team members. - Oversee enterprise IT governance, information security, knowledge management, and more. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years" experience in a similar role, with ITIL knowledge preferred. - Basic experience in database, mid-range technical stack, and open-source skills. - Familiarity with tools across the Software Development Lifecycle/DevOps. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected events efficiently. - Excellent communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus. - Experience with Agile/SCRUM teams and methodologies. - Knowledge of GCP or other Cloud technologies is advantageous. - Certification in COBIT/ITIL/PMP/CRISC/CSSLP/CISSP or equivalent is preferred. - Proficiency in system design, development, implementation, and user support principles. - Understanding of project management principles, application architectures, and software interfaces. - Knowledge of IT risk and controls, IT security.
