Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Home Loan Sales Executive to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for helping customers secure the right home loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for home loan products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, sales, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in home loan sales, mortgage, or related financial products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and documentation process is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
