As a Sales and Distribution professional at this company in Ajmer, you will play a crucial role in managing the Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations in the JC area. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers. - Recruiting, training, and deploying outbound direct sales agents in the JC area to meet given targets. - Monitoring refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge for agents. - Driving Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on a daily basis. - Ensuring JC Level Master Configurations on the JHD platform for Agents, Stores, PIN Codes, and Products. - Planning JC territory to ensure 100% manning coverage. - Supervising and managing General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery. - Proposing improvements to enhance customer experience. - Monitoring and gathering competition/industry plans, initiatives, policies, and best practices. Education Requirement: - Graduate in any discipline / MBA or equivalent preferred. Experience Requirement: - Graduate: 4-8 Years / MBA: Min. 2-6 years. Skills & Competencies: - Knowledge of managing and supervising direct sales teams of at least 8-10 people. - Knowledge of products and the market. - Knowledge of Direct Sales Practices. - Team Recruitment Skills. - Target orientation. - Customer focus.
