### Job Title: Home Automation Installer with Techno-Sales Focus #### Job Summary Join our team as a skilled Home Automation Installer with techno-sales expertise! Install, configure, and maintain smart home systems, including wireless devices (Zigbee/WiFi), CCTV, and video doorbells. Meet customers, provide tailored solutions, and follow up to drive sales and satisfaction in secure, convenient setups. #### Key Responsibilities - Install wireless devices (lights, thermostats, sensors, locks, hubs) using Zigbee/WiFi. - Wire low-voltage systems per codes and safety standards. - Integrate CCTV cameras, recorders, and software. - Set up video doorbells with wiring and app connectivity. - Meet customers on-site to assess needs and recommend customized solutions. - Provide demos, explain benefits, and close techno-sales opportunities. - Follow up post-installation to ensure satisfaction, upsell add-ons, and gather feedback. - Assess sites for optimal placement. - Configure mobile apps, pair devices, and customize interfaces. - Program automation scenes, routines, and schedules. - Test systems for functionality. - Train clients on use and troubleshooting. - Document installations and sales interactions. - Collaborate to meet deadlines and budgets. #### Qualifications - 1+ years in home automation installs, plus techno-sales experience. - Proven ability to meet customers, provide solutions, and follow up effectively. - Focus on Zigbee/WiFi; experience with CCTV and video doorbells in smart ecosystems. - Expert in electrical wiring, low-voltage, and troubleshooting. - Proficient in platforms like Google Home, Alexa, HomeKit, Ring, Nest. - Skilled in scene creation, device integration, and consultative selling. - High school diploma; certifications (CEDIA, CompTIA, security, sales) preferred. - Valid driver's license; reliable transport. - Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, team player with sales acumen. - Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders. #### Preferred Skills - Knowledge of Z-Wave/Matter. - Network troubleshooting, IoT security, surveillance software. - Excellent client communication and relationship-building. #### What We Offer - Competitive pay with sales commissions. - Company vehicle/tools. - Health benefits, PTO, incentives. #### Ignite Your Future: Skyrocket Your Career!
