Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage vendor invoices, payment schedules, and reconciliation. Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and cash transactions. 3. Inventory & Cost Management Monitor stock levels of home theatre equipment, accessories, and spare parts. Work closely with the sales and procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels. Analyze cost structures for installations and product sales to improve profitability. 4. Taxation & Compliance Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations. Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation. 5. Budgeting & Financial Analysis Assist management in budgeting and forecasting.
