Holiday Consultant

As a Holiday Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating personalized travel itineraries, and ensuring seamless execution of holiday packages. You will handle both domestic and international travel inquiries, delivering exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction and drives repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to identify their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Design and sell customized holiday packages including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and activities.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, insurance, and travel guidelines.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through proactive sales strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and local agents to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Keep up to date with travel trends, new destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries, quotations, and confirmations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant / Holiday Consultant (freshers with passion for travel may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
