Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities

Handle international voice process (preferably HOI / VOE / Payoff).
Review borrower documentation (income, assets, tax returns, ID) for accuracy and compliance.
Verify completeness as per lending guidelines and regulations.
Follow up with borrowers/third parties for missing documents.
Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to resolve discrepancies.
Make/answer calls to borrowers and employers; document information in client systems.
Respond promptly and accurately to client/employer queries.
Meet TAT and quality standards.
Handle escalations, root cause analysis, and reporting for decision-making.
Support managers in critical decisions to improve efficiency and quality.
Lead by example; maintain a motivated and stable work environment.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate (15 years of education).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 6 months experience in US Mortgage Voice Process.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Not on PIP/counseling in last 6 months.
Willing to work night shifts.
