Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of the Department (HoD) of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at our campus in Rudrapur. The HoD will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative activities of the CSE department. This includes curriculum development, faculty management, student mentorship, conducting departmental meetings, and ensuring the implementation of the latest teaching methodologies. Additionally, the HoD will facilitate research initiatives and foster industry collaborations to enhance the department's academic standing. Qualifications Proven experience in academic administration and curriculum development Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise in Computer Science and Engineering, including research and development Excellent mentoring and communication skills Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field Experience in fostering industry collaborations and managing research projects Ability to work on-site at the Rudrapur campus Experience with educational technology and innovative teaching methods is a plus Show more Show less
