Role Overview

The Distribution Sales Engineer will be responsible for growing the company’s dealer/distributor network for HVAC and air-conditioning products, generating business through channel sales, and providing techno-commercial support. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and strong sales capability.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems, HVAC components, ducting, ventilation products, etc.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with channel partners and manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technical documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC or engineering product distribution sales. Freshers can also apply.
• Experience in dealer/distributor management preferred.
