Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce engaging and on-brand visuals for a variety of platforms, including social media, digital marketing, print, and internal communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of design work and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create designs for social media posts, advertisements, presentations, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver visually compelling messages.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
• Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and videos as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to keep content fresh and engaging.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content requirements.
• Experience in designing for both print and digital formats.
• Familiarity with UI/UX basics is a bonus.
