Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Manage field sales operations related to vehicle finance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
  • Monitor sales pipeline and provide forecasts to the management
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments

Key Requirements:

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma
  • Experience: 25 years in sales, preferably in the automotive or EV industry
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products and processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in EV sales, auto loans, or vehicle finance
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
