Provide clear and concise instructions and guidance on using Naukri.com effectively. Research and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while building rapport with recruiters. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow up as needed. Stay up-to-date on the latest Naukri.com features and functionalities to effectively guide recruiters. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and knowledge base. Qualifications: Freshers and exp can apply for customer service or technical support role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and internet navigation. Familiarity with the recruitment industry and online job boards (a plus). Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
