• Sourcing new and increasing existing bank facilities
• Draft applications and final agreements for banking facilities, listing out all terms and conditions and borrowing patterns (offshore and onshore borrowing transactions)
• Ensuring timely renewals of facilities with existing banks, incorporating any changes in clauses, after taking due concurrence from bank relationship managers as well as TFS senior management
• Adherence to & completion of compliance in relation to the bank facilities.
• Stay informed on the latest banking laws and regulations, such as those from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), to ensure that all internal processes and documents are compliant.
• Ensuring smooth functioning of banking operation by way of ensuring authorized signatories updating, availability of necessary board resolution and updating up any, preparation and updating of SOPs from time to time in considering Internal Financial controls, regulatory filings in relation to borrowings.
• Preparation & reporting of treasury MIS and reports (parent reporting, KRI monitoring, RBI, accounting team etc.)
