Role & responsibilities

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing AINUs social media program, working closely with the marketing and brand team. This role focuses on translating brand strategy into daily campaigns, content, and social community engagement, while monitoring outcomes and refining tactics as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Publishing

  • Execute the social media calendar across channelsLinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and creative designers/agency for campaign assets (graphics, short-form video, copy).
  • Adapt and localize content for specific platforms and audiences, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage scheduling and timely posting using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite etc.

Community Engagement

  • Actively manage the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, and escalating queries/comments to relevant teams where needed.
  • Monitor relevant conversations, trends, and competitors to keep content and engagement fresh and timely.
  • Engage influencers, partners, and collaborators for campaign amplification (as per briefs from brand/marketing team).

Campaign Execution & Monitoring

  • Assist with social media campaigns, including contests, partnerships, UGC drives, and influencer activities.
  • Launch and monitor paid posts/ads in close partnership with digital marketing leads.
  • Track campaign performance and flag areas for improvement in real time.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Collate weekly and monthly reports using analytics tools, summarizing key metrics like engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.
  • Capture learnings and insights for future strategy refinement.

General Coordination

  • Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Support other digital marketing activities when required (email, website, etc.) in collaboration with the broader marcom team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2years-4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Strong grasp of multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) and their management/publishing tools.
  • Good eye for contentexperience working with designers, videographers, or content agencies.
  • Solid written communication skills for social copy and community management.
  • Proficiency in basic design/video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset to track results and adapt plans.
  • Team player, highly organized, and detail oriented.
