Senior Process Analyst

Location:

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of international BPO experience in
Banking / Insurance Voice / Property & Casualty Insurance
Strong
client handling & stakeholder management
experience
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Insurance domain knowledge (P&C / BFSI)
Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently
Insurance certification preferred but not mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the
primary point of contact
for the branch and ensure end-to-end support of the
policy lifecycle
Participate in renewal review meetings with Producers, CSMs, and Sales teams
Support a team of 5–7 Client Service Managers at the branch
Take proactive measures to initiate pre and post-renewal activities
Handle queries effectively to minimize rework and ensure smooth delivery
Collaborate with branch staff to identify and offshore time-consuming activities
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
